Depends on the type and brand of gift card... expect to lose at least a few dollars from the original value of the gift card at best...How can I withdraw cash from gift cards in the United States?

Most check cashing joints or grocery stores in hood with check cashing inside it. I tell em I just got locked up and they put all my money on cards, but that's only if you have alot of them and they are suspicious.
