If you check a dump+pin from say Wells Fargo bank in one place and send somewhere else isn't possible dump will die.

just call in and check it with the bank 800 number. this doesnt work for cu since they usually ask for a memberid instead of cc number.
always use bindb.com search for bin issuer info and contact client service phone number

What exactly are you checking ? If the dumps works ? Dumps die very fast so i suggest you cash it out right away, without fucking with it

Good luck getting D+Ps on the darkweb first of all. Secondly get MSR, EMV reader writer, Use softwares to clone cards, Go to ATM and cashout. Easier said than done however!
